How the procedure works
After the blood is drawn, it is processed to separate out the blood plasma. Before the plasma is injected, we apply an anaesthetic cream to the scalp so that any discomfort during the injections is minimal. The day after the procedure the scalp is more sensitive and slightly red, but this quickly subsides.
