1. Booking and Appointments
Patients may book an appointment by telephone, by email or via the online form on our website. An appointment is confirmed once the practice confirms it in writing or verbally. The initial consultation is free of charge and without obligation.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Appointments
A patient may cancel or reschedule an appointment no later than 24 hours before the agreed time, by telephone or email. In the event of an unexcused absence or a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the practice reserves the right to charge for the costs of the reserved appointment.
3. Prices and Payment
The practice operates on a self-pay basis — no referral is required for the services. The prices of services are presented to the patient at the consultation, before treatment begins, in the form of a written treatment plan. Payment may be made in cash or by pro-forma invoice. For larger procedures, payment in instalments is possible by arrangement.
4. Treatment Plan
Before treatment begins, the patient receives a treatment plan describing the procedures, the anticipated timeline and the price. Any changes to the plan are agreed with the patient as they arise, before any additional procedures are carried out.
5. Guarantee
We provide a guarantee on placed dental implants and fabricated prosthetics in accordance with the terms of the manufacturer and the practice. The guarantee does not apply in cases of inadequate oral hygiene, failure to attend follow-up check-ups, or mechanical damage.
6. Complaints
A patient may submit a complaint in writing to the email address info@koderman.eu or in person at the practice. The practice undertakes to respond to a complaint within a reasonable period, generally within 8 days.
7. Data Protection
The processing of data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy on the website.
8. Final Provisions
The practice reserves the right to amend these terms. The valid version is published on the website. Any disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Slovenia, and Slovenian law applies.
