All-on-4 / All-on-6

Fixed teeth on four or six implants – a complete restoration of one jaw, often with immediate loading.

All-on-4 and All-on-6 are modern implant methods for replacing an entire dental arch with four or six implants, onto which a fixed bridge is secured.

The All-on-4 and All-on-6 methods are ideal for completely restoring the teeth in one jaw. Using four or six implants, they provide a stable and aesthetic replacement of all teeth, without the need for an individual implant for every single tooth.

Immediate loading is often possible, which means the patient receives temporary teeth within 48 hours of the procedure. The definitive prosthesis is made after three months.

Benefits

The method gives patients rapid rehabilitation with fixed teeth that improve quality of life, nutrition and overall health.

4 or 6 implants

The more implants are placed, the greater the stability and longevity of the prosthetic restoration. In our practice we always strive to place six implants, because we want your teeth to last for a very long time.

How the procedure works

Placing 4 or 6 implants takes 60–90 minutes.

After the procedure

After the procedure, good oral hygiene with mouthwash and an extra-soft toothbrush is very important, as is avoiding hard and hot food. After seven days the sutures are removed and a short check-up is carried out.

Price and payment options

The price of rehabilitation with All-on-4/6 implants, including all preliminary treatment, is 5500 €.

  • 4 implants: 5500 €
  • 6 implants: 6500 €

Frequently asked questions

Is placing implants a painful procedure? Placing implants is a completely painless procedure, as it is carried out under local anaesthetic. The anaesthetic is the same as for a tooth extraction. All you feel during the procedure are some uncomfortable vibrations while the implant site is being prepared. Pain after the procedure is minimal or almost non-existent.

How long does pain last after implant placement? After a straightforward implant placement, pain is almost non-existent. Our patients come back surprised, because the pain was far less than they had expected or heard about.

How long is the warranty on implants? The warranty we provide on osseointegrated implants is 5 years, provided you attend a six-monthly or annual check-up, depending on what is agreed. We also guarantee that, should your body fail to accept the implant after the osseointegration period – that is, 3 to 6 months after placement – we will place a new implant at our own expense.

Can the body reject an implant? The body can reject an implant, which is usually visible as early as 14 days after the procedure. However, we guarantee that, should an implant fail after the osseointegration period, we will place a new one at our own expense.

How long does it take to place an implant? Placing a single implant takes approximately 20 minutes to one and a half hours if it is an extensive procedure.
